For me, a special part of the holiday season is reading the "books of the season." Over the years I have collected two shelves of "favorite" titles, some of which are dogeared from repeated reading. This year promises to yield some new additions to this library. There are titles from bestselling authors, as well as some lesser known names.
With fewer shopping days this year between Thanksgiving and Christmas, books can save a lot of shopping angst. Over the next three weeks we'll be looking at a wide range of these titles. For many, we'll be making suggestions on how to "package them" with a special treat to make their presentation even more special.
