Ted Dekker

Ted is the son of missionaries John and Helen Dekker, whose incredible story of life among headhunters in Indonesia has been told in several books.
Growing up in a missionary family, Ted believes that his “first-class” education in human rights and behavior has become the foundation in his writing.
After graduating from a multi-cultural high school, Ted took up permanent residence in the United States to study Religion and Philosophy.
Before turning to writing full time in 1997, Ted worked as the Director of Marketing for large healthcare company in California.
Ted is a New York Times bestselling author, and has written over twenty novels, including THR3E, The Circle Series and SINNER. His writing combines adrenaline-laced stories with unexpected plot twists, unforgettable characters and incredible confrontations between good and evil.
Ted currently lives in Austin, Texas with his wife LeeAnn, and their four children.
